charged my credit card without my authorization
This past fall of 2011, I received to charges from Great Fun also on a credit card that I own. I called my cc company and they reversed the charges and did an investigation. There were two charges of about $18.00.

fraudulent company
This company cancelled my order and my membership without any notice and charged my account after cancellation. There is no customer service where I can call and complaint. I think it was scam, people, be careful!

overcharge, fraudulence
This company is a scam, never ever deal with them!
I bought one something from them and several years they've been charging my account for no reason.
I noticed it not a long time ago and now I want my money back, it is hundred dollars I lost for nothing!
This company doesn't want to refund me my money, but I will get them back.
People beware!!

Charged me for services I did not sign up for
I was looking through my bank statements, and found some that I did not remember what they was. I called the bank, and they told me that those were services which I signed up for, when I made online purchases. I don’t remember signing up for them, so I called to complain, and was promised to be given a Visa card for $40, but I was so foolish, because now I will still have to pay their bills for 2 more months!

unathorized charges, no refund
I was a customer of this company and when I received my bill for their services I was really surprised! They overcharged me up to $20 for services I never used! No refund for their mistake. Be careful with this company!

Had to close the account
We had to close our old bank account, and make a new credit card, since this company was illegally taking money from it.

Great Fun is a fraudulent company
These guys are scammers. They already charged us 85 dollars. They are con-artists. We never authorized them to do this. We even changed the credit card to stop these unauthorized charges. Beware of these fraudsters! I called the company and the person on the other end could barely speak English and was from Philippines.
