45+ days later, no delivery

All those that have been defrauded by this company need to ban together to file a class action lawsuit -- against the owners, not the company as the company has declared bankruptcy and there probably won't be a good outcome from that. Information that i've seen indicates that this company made money so it's the owners who are fault. I'm not sure how we can get this going -- any ideas are suggestions are welcome.
