furniture was not delivered

Please provide your order # when calling so I may reference the order. I would like to research the matter as we do not sell lower end benches that would be available at Wal-Mart.

My wife had called and talked with cynthia about an hour prior to your post on the 16th. My wife was told that the manufacturer was shipping out this week (12/19-12/23) and that a confirmation would be sent...So being that the week has passed and still nothing, I have lost any patience with this matter and as for my wife she is starting lose hers! When she originally ordered the bench she wanted it for a christmas prop for her photography, when she was notified and told it was on back order and it would be beyond the time she needed it for she told cynthia to cancel it (so being the merchandise wasnt available the money should of been refunded at that point). Instead a month goes by nothing refunded to bank account, but an email appears stating the bench was in and if she was interested they would tell the manufacturer to ship it out ASAP...then another month goes by and nothing, so then I sent an email to you guys got no response back, so i left the above on here and my wife (the nicer one of the two of us at this point calls). So with her hopes up again that she will have the bench soon, nothing!!! As far as walmart goes, type in bernard white or ivory bench, it is shipped through a third party but apparently they are capable of filling their orders.

We apologize that we have fallen short on getting this furniture delivered in the time frame promised to our valued customer. The information the customer was given was based off of the information we were provided in regards to a ship date. We fully understand this customers frustrations as this has taken longer then expected. We are working with our suppliers and shippers to expedite delivery of the furniture. We have informed the customer that if they would no longer like to wait for the order will issue a full refund plus $25.00 for the inconvenience this has caused.
