fraudulent customer service
This company is nothing but scam! I used their services and I was highly disappointed because they have fraudulent refund policy and they don't honor their customers. I was unable to cancel my order after I made it and my account was overcharged for unwanted items. I contacted them about this problem many times but I received no refund and no support service.
Their refund policy is nothing but scam and this company must be avoided!

Great Sports Inc is just a bunch of scammers, don't buy from this company!
This seller is interested only in money and doesn't provide services as promised. I used to deal with them once and I just lost my money - I purchased sporting goods from them and never received my order. I contacted many times for a refund but all my claims were ignored. It seems that their support service doesn't exist at all!
After such experience I will never recommend this seller to anyone:
