bad product bad customer service

I received glasses with an embossed STICKER on the lenses. It peels off. Not sure if that's what you're talking about or not, but it's hard to imagine an embossed *anything* on the lens, itself. Creating the lens involved grinding in a process that would literally wipe away any form of embossing or engraving. Someone would have to remove them from the lab, and then take them to some other business in order to have the surface specially etched. That seems like a long way for someone to go just to screw up your glasses. Maybe they accidentally sent some eyeglass convention mock-ups that aren't even yours? I probably don't understand what you're talking about but only three options. Either you received demos intended for display, or you have a sticker that looks like glass, or someone spent a lot of time and money to play a prank on you. I wanted you to know about my experience and that the sticker is clear, but it peels off. I hope that's what you got. Best of luck!!
