we had our tax refund put on a turbo tax prepaid green dot. someone used my card on amazon and ordered about $1800 worth of stuff. so i call green turbo green dot and have filed about 6 disputes so far and yet to get any of my money returned. i recieved a letter stating that upon their investigation they were authorized purchases. we i researched and phoned amazon they tell me my ccard is listed on another account. well i dont know this person and i asked amazon to email me info stating it was someone eles and unauthorized. they did so i forward all of my investigation info to green dot. they still send me a letter saying according to their investigation they are authorized purchases. so i asked them to send me all the info and documentation about their investigation and all they sent me was what i sent them and a print out of the charges i disputed. this is $1800 of my money that someone else spent and they are insured by the fdic why cant they give me my money back
