The quality of the equipment is just poor
Their equipment is bad. I bought a lift 1,5 years ago which came with a few parts missing. They sent the parts but within the next year the hydraulic cyl began to leak. They supplied the part but made me pay the shipping (which costs $170). Then the lift just started to fall apart. I spent another $900 for shipping. Their quality is just poor.
