GSCM Fulfillment keep charging my credit card

I ordered a trial product from GSCM Fulfillment. I didn't like it because it does not work. Nevertheless the company keeps sending me the product over and over again and keeps charging my credit card! I tried contacting them and cancelling the service, but there was no result. The only way to get rid of GSCM Fulfillment is to cancel my credit card.

Inability to locate and call in cancellation of orders.

I received a call from GSMC Fulfillment Center regarding weight loss products featured on the Dr. Oz show in August. I never received the products or the gift cards they told me I would get. On 9/16/13 I was contacted by phone by a man who said his name was Wayne Watson, ID#29604 who was the manager for Mississippi. He told me I never got the products or gift cards because they had given me the wrong verification number. The only way for me to get the gift cards was to repeat the information he would give me on their recording. He provided my bank card number with the expiration date and CID cord as well as my name and address. I read the information back to him but the recording, he said, kept stopping so we had to record over. Finally he simply hung up or we got disconnected before he gave me the phone numbers and verification codes he was supposed to provide. Since his phone number showed as 000000000, I was unable to call him back. Their offer included a money-back guarantee. The products began coming and I called immediately to cancel the plan, then returned the products to them. On Thursday, 10/03/13 I got the Raspberry Ketone product which had an enclosure with a phone number of 6225296419. I have tried calling it, but it has been disconnected. The return address is GSCM Fulfillment Center, 2049 Lincoln Street, Burbank, CA 91504 but there is no phone listing for them. I would say this is an unscrupulous company and I will never listen to such a phone call again! I just want to cancel the plan and get my money back since they've charged my account.

I have tried everything I know to get rid of this company, the last two bottles I received I am sending back. I do not want any more of this stuff, I want you to take the ones you have charged me for on my credit card to take them off, I plan to call my CC and tell them this is some kind of SCAM. I Pray God will forgive all of you that are in on this SCAM.

I am canceling any and all products that you scamed me into. DO NOT SEND ME ANYTHING! Unwanted products & charges

I keep getting crap from this company every month and then they charge my bank account every month. I just want a refund for at least the last 6 months and never or see their name or products again.

charged my credit cards twice

They charged my credit card for a membership fee which I did not apply for, I even received an e-mail saying I should complete my Membership application. When I called they said I applied for it, when I then told them that I even have prove that I did not complete it, they reimbursed me. Without knowing and now seeing that I am not the only one they did charge my credit card for an automatic renewal of more of their stuff. Reading now all the complains I feel better because I thought it was just me who did not see it. I got a confirmation number that my account is cancelled so I hope this is now for real. This Company is really working in a way that is unbelievable. I make sure next time read more about a Company before I order anything and I really hope this company will go under.

Their phone number for complaints

I see that their 800 number is not working, the number I called is 1 877 321 9299, they are well trained and as far as I can say is that they are trained to talk to very frustrated people because when I had Christian on the phone it seems to me that he had fun with my frustration. They now told me that my account is now canncelled as they charged it without an order from me, they just said that the order is renewed automatically which is not what I saw on their webpage, the same for a Membership fee which I did not applied for. So they now told me that my cancellation number of my account is CGA13852341, I am suppose to get an E-Mail to confirm this, let`s wait and see. I will contact my bank also to make sure hat this account is blocked.

Cannot reach to canvel order

I have tried to cancel my order, but am unable to reach this company.
I refuse to pay for the latest 2 shipments, or any future shipments.

Ordering free samples

I went to your website on 6/7/14 to order the anti-aging product Revitol. On Monday the 9th I called because I was unable to order the companion product (Cellulite or Cellulose). The woman removed the insurance (or so she said) for the first product and ordered the second item for me. Both just for shipping charges (no insurance). The Revitol arrived today. Today I called to ask where the 2nd free jar was as it wasn't with the first. With great difficulty I finally got an answer saying that it couldn't be ordered, it was only an ad. Seems the only way you can get the second item is if you order one of the same product, which I believe cost around $40.So now I've got the one product and can't test the two together.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I would have seen that this is a scam. I didn't see one positive review!

Please stop any future orders!
