frustrated me
I never take the time to write reviews but this one frustrated me enough that I felt the need to. I bought a black one of these dresses and loved it so much that I decided to buy a red one. After waiting forever I finally get it and the waist is not cinched in at all, completely unable to be worn except maybe if I belt it to give the illusion that it's not horribly made. Next time, I will buy on another website of ccshouse.com.

Shipment Very misleading
I ordered an outfit on Friday morning and paid for overnight shipping with hopes of having the items by Saturday. When checking out it only advises that the order must be placed prior to 12pm PST. As soon as I tracked the package and noticed that my order would not arrive until the following business day I contacted the company via their Facebook. Stephanie from the company advised me that I would be given a full refund for the shipping cost. She advised me that she would reach back out to me on that Monday. I never heard from her again until I reached back out to them. She then tells me I would not be getting the refund due to the shipping guidelines that are placed on the website on another page. I advised her that she should at least honor her word and she refused. She stated that she misunderstood me. I'm not sure how when I clearly wrote out the date in which I ordered and the date in which the package would be shipped. I asked for corporates number and she never replied. I called the company and the supervisor Brianna refused to give me a refund. She also constantly kept cutting me off as I was speaking. I didn't give her a reason to be rude. I was cordial the entire time actually considering the circumstances. I just want my money back for the shipping cost. I've attached screenshots of when Stephanie promised me my refund
