Leather Sofa protection plan purchased

Sears Canada sold us the protection plan through Guardsman , their recommendation was because we purchased a 6K leather sofa.

3 years into a 5 year protection plan they denied claim because springs, frame are not covered because its wear and tear over time. Then why sell a 5 year policy if you don't cover something for 5 years because of wear and tear!!!
Also stain not covered etc.

SCAM keep away from this company they are a rip off.
