Was out of money but had a $50 gift card to Guitar Center that meant a lot to me. I am grateful that I could trade it in for some money cause I really needed it but for a $50 gift card your machine gave me $26.50 almost HALF of what it was worth. Now I understand that they have to make some money for the services and that's fine but to have $23.50 worth of fees and profit for one transaction is way too high of a return for them. Yes I didn't have to agreee with it and take the offer but had no choice. It's suppose to be there to help people but instead I feel cheated and ripped off. $50 for $26.50 is bad. If it was $35 for $50 card that's still $15 for fees profit etc . I would NOT recommend anyone to trade in their gift cards cause it's not worth it.
