Scam
This happened to me too--requested GR close my account and sent the box back. They put me on "delay" instead of closing the account kept sending product. I continued to call them and kept returning the items. Every time I called they assured me they would cancel the account. Then one day out of the blue, they called and demanded payment. No boxes were returned to me and GR denied receiving them in return. I was supposed to pay for several months product which I did not possess. I would not pay and they turned me in to credit bureaus, lowering my score. GR representatives are taught to subvert and lie to the customer. I won't have anything to do with this company anymore and would warn other consumers to not enter into any relationship with Guthy Renker.

overcharge
Beware of this seller, he is a scam! I made a purchase from them and after I confirmed all details they charged me twice more! No refund or excuses from them. Don't trust to their fake offers!

continuous charge
Dealing with this company is by far the WORST mistake I have ever made! I ordered one product and was soon billed for that product, twice in addition to another product that I did not order. I sent the unwanted product back to the company. After several weeks and many irrate calls, they refunded $185 back to my account, but not before they took out one more payment (the account I was told had been closed for 3 weeks)! I called again and was assured that there would in fact be a refund. That was 2 months ago! When I called the last time, I was told that the company had issued a refund once and showed no other activity for the account. When I asked about the charge of $59.90, she denied the charge was ever taken out! These people are absolute crooks and are the epitomy of "buyer beware"! I will count myself lucky to get away for $59.90, I have read others now that weren't as fortunate. I will NEVER deal with this company again, and I'm apparently not the only one!

another credit card fraud
I found several unauthorized charges at my bank statement made by this company. I can confirm that I never dealt with them and I have no idea why they charged me. Tried to contact Guthy Renker but it seems that there is no any chance to get through. Beware and be careful if you see this person and company.
