Appalling delivery and customer services
H & M customer service for their online store is deplorable. In this day and age when other companies can get their orders delivered within 2 days as standard (and sometimes sooner), I hope that H & M get left behind as their service is appalling. I ordered some items for a holiday 11 days before I was due to leave. 2 days later, I received an email telling me the items had been dispatched and would be with me in the next 1-3 days. No items, no tracking details by day 5. Customer service were condescending - "you need to be patient" (3 different calls). The supervisor I eventually spoke to said I had to wait to see whether the package was lost, before they would issue a refund. She said I had to wait until the Wednesday but I was going away on the Tuesday. Terrible delivery, terrible customer service. I wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered from them. Never ever again. I will take my business to those who care about their customers.

shocking service
Disgusting online service. I paid for goods without realising I needed to do a bank transfer at a later date. I then received an email a few weeks later saying I have to pay a penalty charge late fee, and that I now have a bad credit debt....all for the sake of £38. The funny thing is, I didn't receive any late notice warning beforehand. Once I found out I tried to call them and pay over the phone, but they wouldn't accept any payment. They said I had to set up a direct debit with my bank. The customer service team do not want to help either with this matter. Do not buy from this company online. They are despicable.
