Error in online application
The first experience with the H&M online app is so worse since it took hours to made some purchase and error messages while making the payments. The worst part is that always when i am trying to make the payment it is showing the payment can’t be made due to some error in the service. But the respective amounts were debited from my credit card twice even showing like that message and the purchase details were not provided even as an email or message immediately after that. And it took hours to receive an email for the payment that i have done through my credit card and the tracking messages. The purchase was done on 29.06.2018. Is this the service the clients are expecting from H & M side?? I have raised many complaints through the online app itself which i was expected to receive a call from H&M customer service. But still now i didn’t receive any calls for this matter. At any cost i want this purchases to be cancelled because i am not reasy to be a victim for their service faults.
