Waited until my warranty expires

They did not fix my couch which was under warranty until it actually expired. Their employee came to check the couch two months ago, took measures and was suppose to order new etails for repair. After one month I called them, and they said that they did not do that yet. So now, another month went by, and I am not able to fix it under warranty.
