They are very unethical and unprofessional, stay away!
Went there a month ago to resolve my cold engine start problem. Their technician said I need to change the breaks to resolve the problem. After doing so and paying $300 for it the problem was still there. After fixing everything with other mechanic at Firestone I called them to tell they were wrong, but they claimed it was me who demanded to change the breaks! They are very unethical and unprofessional, stay away!

oil change
Paid to get an oil change, and they never changed the oil, but they also added more which put our car in a very dangerous condition of over fill. I had to get another oil change 2 days later after my husband checked the oil and discovered it was still dirty, overfilled and never changed.

Missing Air Filter
I have always taken by car than for years. I needed a Oil Change, my car was over due by 20 miles. Was told that I was running by car for the last 2,000 miles without an Air Filter. I repleyed that you guys are the only ones that works on my car. I was not given and reason why my car didn't have an air filter and had to paid $29.99 for a new one. I no that no one else had worked on my car. A "I AM SORRY" wounld have been nice or a FREE one wounld had be better. I will not be going back. Susan

transmission problems in both vehicles
I had my oil changed in my suv and my daughter had her oil changed
a month later at the same place. we are now having problems with tranmissions
in both vehicles. Too much of a coincidence.
