Fraud Hayat Vacation

one day suddenly I received a call from hayat vacation company, they said I won some vouchers collet it the same day,I told them today is not possible, they said they arrange presentaion & booked hall room, more people will come, then I attend their presentation with my wife(it was only drama)I saw each table single couple only they convinced people but I didn't understand planing,after that I buy one package which is they told half discount but it is not, I checked other travels , I joined 24th of sep 2019,
I got package 8000aed but I paid only 700 aed & I received hayat vacation loyalty card.
after 1week,
1st i called to branch manager Sayed majid but his number is switch off after I call customer care and request to them for cancel my membership, because I have some finical issued,I can't afford this amount that's way,they said my request forward to hayat concern department, it was November 5th, after that I sent email & called so many time, nobody received my call and no more response yet..... what should i do now? I'll refund my payment?
