item not received

This company is a joke. I don't even know how they are in business. I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have called numerous of times for them to give me a runaround every time. The first time I called they told me they shipped out item later than normal but it should arrive within a few days. Well 4 days went by, called again and they told me they would give me an extra year warranty on the product to shut me up. 2 more days go by and I called again they out me on hold and said my package would arrive in 2 days. So I waited more. No package. Now I'm getting pissed I just spent 500.00 dollars and feel I'm getting screwed. I have received orders from Japan quicker than this. I call again and the guy told me that they will change carriers to get my package quicker. How you going to do that if it's already shipped. He kept talking over me and not letting me talk. He was really rude and definitely was an idiot. I then demanded a refund and he hung up on me. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this and report fraud. I have contacted better business Bureau and will leave negative feedback all over the internet.

THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM. The product I ordered took twice as long to arrive as stated, and took several phone calls and emails just to get it. Upon arrival it did not work well so I tried to return the defective product and requested an RMA. Their email response on 4/5/16 was "unfortunately our business will close our doors within a few weeks." However, their website is still selling and promoting products with no reference to closing. I believe they are just scammers selling inferior products.
