THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE ONLINE OF MY LIFE! KEEP YOUR EARS OPEN FOR RED FLAGS .IT'S A VISCOUS CYCLE I'VE SPENT OVER 40 HRS CHASING MY SO CALLED FULL REFUND OF $344.22 .THEY SAY ALOT OF PROMISES BUT DELIVER 1 THING AND THAT IS FRAUD!!!!!!! THEY SAY THEY REFUNDED PARTIAL REFUND? BUT NO MONEY IS ON MY CARD > THEY ARE COMPLETE DEGENERATES SCUMBAGS THIEVES BOTTOM FEEDERS PRETTY MUCH BELONG IN HELL FOR ALL THE FRUSTRATION AND STEALING THEY DO AND THEY'RE INSURANCE IS NOT EVEN REAL I FOUND OUT TOO LATE AFTER READING UNDER UNIFIED HEALTH ONE JUST ANOTHER NAME THESE CROOKS USE AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE USING FAKE NAMES AND ALWAYS PUTTING ME ON HOLD I'VE SAT FOR OVER 40 HRS IN A WEEK IT'S COMPLETE INSANITY SO DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE DIRTBAGS ......A COWARD NAMED BEN TOOK MY MONEY AND WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL HE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AS WELL AS A GUY NAMED SAM 'I ASKED SAM IF HE HAD A FAMILY AND ENJOYED FEEDING THEM STOLEN MONEY 'HE PLEADED NO NO SIR I WOULD NEVER WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT'S NOT HONEST? GUESS WHAT? THE MOST DISHONEST PIECES OF ---- I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE AND I'M DISPUTING AND BRINGING A LEGAL CASE INTO THIS TILL THE BITTER END ......REMEMBER IF YOU FALL INTO THIS CRAP THEY TRY TO WEAR YOU DOWN ON HOLD AND BOUNCING STORIES AROUND 'WHATEVER YOU DO IF RIPPED OFF !!! I had enrolled with blue cross blue shield. The premium was high (370), the deductible was high (7100), the coverage was horrible. Somebody gave me a number to call, said try these ppl. So I called and viola! $2500 deductible, and $30 less per month. I gladly paid the one time only fee of $125 + my first months premium. Got my card in the mail and it stated "STM" (short term medical). Hmm...they never mentioned this was short term. Then I read the document that came along with it, to my dismay it stated "this does NOT meet the minimum coverage required by the Affordable care act and you may be subject to penalty"....ya think?! Then I googled the company name, a barrage of words like "fraud" "scam" "lawsuits" "dirtbags"..... screw me running. If it's too good to be true....So here I sit, Jan 15th, with a worthless insurance card from Health Insurance Innovations. I'll call Blue Cross, with my tail between my legs and get my horrible coverage back. Of course, it will be after the enrollment period, so I'll have to wait until March 1st for coverage. I'll have to pay some penalty next year when I file. Plus, I have to TRY to get a hold of these A-holes to TRY to cancel the policy AND TRY to get my money back. :(

Horrible Company

DO NOT EVER EVER EVERY USE THESE CROOKS. I wish I had read all the nasty, negative, horrible reviews before I used them. I hope there is some kind of class action lawsuit against them someday. Not only did they lie to me and deceive me, they were insanely un-helpful in cancelling the FOUR sh*tty policies they singed me up for, telling me it was all things I needed and all under one policy. I spent weeks trying to cancel all the freaking crap they signed me up for not knowing I'd be dealing with 4 different companies. Every single EXPENSIVE health related thing they signed me up for DID NO GOOD and absolutely was horrendous. NEVER. Seriously, NEVER use these evil people.
