lies, no honor for their warranty

This company is a lie, they don't honor heir warranty and don't want to make any refunds. I had a problem with items I purchased and I want to exchange but they said that it's my fault and they wouldn't do anything. Under a high pressure they finally did an exchange for me but I nobody know how difficult it was.
Their customer service is really poor and they don't know actually how to work with people.
Save your health, time and money and don't make any business with them!
