Harvy Rovinsky is a scam!

Harvy Rovinsky refused me to refund money for the ring I purchased and which appeared a bit bigger than I expected within the warranty which allowed 90 days refund period. I am highly disappointed with their services and I will never recommend this jeweler to anyone!
