Poor Customer Service
I ordered a helmet for my husband for Christmas it arrived to me in the wrong color. I tried to contact them with no answer. Finally after a week I received an email telling me to send it back paid for shipping and to insure the helmet. I recieved the correct helmet a week later but had he made me pay for the shipping which was so wrong. I will not recommend him nor his company and will not do business with him anymore.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a shield and when it came in it was damaged, I have emailed them and tried to call them twice and have not heard anything back. The shipping charge was very high as they charged me 12.00 and the cost was only 4.40. not sure what I'm going to do yet to get my money back! Don't buy from them.

poor customer service
This company is a blatant scam. They will not send your product that you paid for. I have tried to contact them thru e-mail and phone calls....no response. Please do not waste your hard earned money as I did. It cost me $170.00 to learn my lesson. I will always check out any online company before making a purchase. A flashy web site does not mean anything.
