Dreadful "shocking" costomer service to DSTV clients

Three tellers, only one servicing DSTV customers which is a male - Lady customer service always busy and cant help.....long Queues. Very lazy to assist properly, especially the females. The male at-least try his best. The ladies sit their squirreling with each other in languages not clear to all customers. Laugh when questions getting ask and make as if you the customer dont belong there. Poor attitude with absolutely blatent carelessness.



DSTV -- Why dont you put back the self-help Kiosk... this will help much with this absolutely shocking service to DSTV Henberg customers.
