Beware and don't buy from this company! I purchased a free trial from them and I never received it but my car was overcharged by them! Tried to contact their support service but it seems that they don't have one!

Total Scam
Just like everyone says! Unfortunately I ordered before going online and checking reviews, once I found out I called to cancel immediately but they wouldn't allow it until I received my order! They needed the order number! And sure enough like others have stated they hacked my credit card the same day and my credit card notified me immediately of strange transactions and had to cancel my card. When I did cancel they wanted me to send the unused portion back, I thought it was a free trial but they included a one month supple unknowingly to me. These people need to be stopped!!

Good product bad company
I ordered the arthritis pain patch which I liked very much. However they charged my credit card for a DVD membership which I did not want or purchased. Good product but crooked company. It's a shame.

In addition to charging my account with a DVD membership after ordering free sample of pain patch, today they charged my account with 69.95 for the "free sample" of pain patch. This company is unbelievable.

lying, cheating, thieves
I decided to try this elexan patch from herbal groups because dulcie 0570 confirmation # 134027, calls me on my cell phone and tells me I can try a 2 week supply for just $6.95 shipping. If I don't like it, call and cancel, which I did, but when I got my shipment, they said 2 weeks is'nt long enough to get the effects from it, so then they said " We have included a 1 month supply with this package ". Meaning they're not charging me right ? They have voluntarily included it. But when I get my next credit card bill in the mail, I find out they charged me $69.95 for something they willfully, and voluntarily gave me to try. So I call them to tell them this and this girl tells me I have to return the product to get a refund, and I said " no, this was not the deal, and now you're gonna charge me for something you gave me ". And she would'nt budge, she just kept saying the same thing like a broken record. Now I have my credit card company disputing the charge with them. They suggested I close the account and open it back up with a new account # so they can't steal any more money from me. All this for some worthless crap that did'nt even do anything for me. This is why they're getting so many bad reports on line because this is what they're doing to people, and I intend to let the whole world know what these people are about.

I agree with all the above
"Jeff" said I had 21 days to cancel my order from the date of my "free trial" or I would be sent another month's supply and charged $69.95. 10 days after my trial order, I was charged $69.95. I will definitely cancel any future orders and probably will need to get another debit card as well.

I finally got in touch with HERBALG.COM and told them I wanted to cancel any future orders and I wanted a refund for the $69.95 that I didn't approve. They "Sandy" said they would do a reverse debit and that it would take several days. Today, Friday, 03/17/17, the $69.95 showed up on my bank account as a deposit. Thank you:)

Ass hole
This company is an ass hole. They charge you for your product and then again charge you $67.95 for nothing. And when you ask them to refund they just ignore you and wont give you refund back. Finally, I spoke with one representative and he was Indian MF. He was so rude and disconnect phone by saying he is not gonna refund my money back.
