Trying to get my money back!

Herman street had to refund me, so i wrote them letters and called, but didn't get any answer. After some time i decided to let VISA know about this situation, so they would take this case into their hands. As i expected, VISA managed to get my money back, but now VISA has it's own problems with Herman Street, and this is absolutely not acceptable. I write this report to let people know about this company, because don't want anyone to get into a situation like this!
