Won’t return money

I was conned into paying $146 for a Hilton Grand vacation (HGV) in Las Vegas. However, I am a senior citizen (70) and had surgery recently and cannot make it to Las Vegas or even enjoy it while there, even if did travel out there due to pain.
When I have called several times, HGV won’t reyrun my money. They said the vacation was non refundable. If HGV had told me at the beginning, I would never have signed up.
