Terrible service - credit card charged twice!
I've been looking up stories about hollister as I'd heard they were close to getting suid for discrimination, by not employing gingers and not employing people who had a disability to be seen in the public eye and now hearing about this terrible customer service has made me loose all rust in the company :(

Terrible service - credit card charged twice!
Ice angel: What attitude? How would you feel if you thought you returned something to a store and then check your credit card statement and find another charge for $80 instead of a refund. Would you be happy? I don't think so. Would you be a bit annoyed and concerned that the company you bought from has poor business practices to allow something like that to happen? Yes. Ever heard of Consumer Rights? If you haven't look it up. I didn't get a single apology. Nothing. Accountability means taking responsibility for events and admitting a mistake when one happens. Did I deserve an apology? Yes. Why did I take it back after a week? Because I have a full time job and don't have time to travel downtown to the mall during the week. It is because of people like you don't expect good service that companies like Hollister treat their consumers like rubbish. All I wanted was a single "I apologize" or "I'm really sorry that this had to happen" or something else along those lines. Its the basics of customer service. Because Hollister wasn't able to do even that, I will make sure that I will never shop at any Abercrombie & Fitch owned store again. BTW did you know that Abercrombie & Fitch is on International Labour Rights' the list of "The Sweatshop Hall of Shame" http://ilrf.org/creating-a-sweatfree-world/sweatshops/resources/12211
