terrible experience
It was a terrible experience for me after I’ve ordered a product from them.i did not receive it on time, then they charged me more than were suppose to, and when I asked for a refund they told me to go to hell.
I have filed a law suit against them.

Home Perfect aka Elemental Partners
Same experience as the other hundreds of consumers who have posted complaints on Home Perfect.Sales Rep confirms availability and delivery and after you place your order you get a lots of excuses for not reieving it.Cant get sales rep to give a delevery status and when you cancel you find out about a 25% return fee and shipping charge.Elemental Partners dba Home perfect also runs several other websites however they do not disclose their address or actual corp identity. "callforlowprice.com" and "theinsidestore" are a couple of examples.Voice your complaints to FTC and state Consumer Protection Depts as laws exist to protect consumers from deceptive and unfair business practices.I suggest victims warn other consumers by posting on the internet review sites
