Furniture was messed up at the factory and I can't get anyone that cares enough to try and resolve the issue
We also had problems with this company. Weeks went by with no reply. The order that was supposed to be delivered in a week is now 8weeks. Seems like a one man operation and a scam.

Chair wrong size
I am starting to believe you. I and get rude customer service and no help. We are going to send back a chair that is wrong size from what listed on web. Their return policy is a joke BUT I don't want the chair. I will put in a BBB complaint and maybe attorney general complaint on false advertising.

I absolutely love HCC!
I absolutely love HCC! Everything I have purchased from them has been great and their customer service is amazing. Shipping time is very fast and usually less than a week for most of my orders. It's my "go-to" website.

My favorit furniture store
I had a great experience dealing with HCC. I did have 1 mall problem but it was taken care of immediately. They assigne a rep to deal with the problem so you only have 1 point of contact to deal with which was very helpful. The resolution was efficient, thorough and pleasant.
The recliners I ordered looked exactly like they did on line and are super comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this entire transaction. From the products they sell and the people who work there - outstanding!
