lost a mortgage contract because the company changed their name
I got a mortgage for 11 years, but a while back the company changed their business name. now it seems that I no longer have the permission for it. They deny all my payments, and the contact is no longer active. I am losing money, and I’m afraid I will lose the house.
I NEED HELP FROM A PROFESSIONAL! IF ANYONE KNOWS WHO I CAN HIRE – PEASE LET ME KNOW!

Homeward Residential
I called Homeward and requested a Payoff letter so I could send it to the new bank I will be getting my mortgage with, they informed me that in New York they are able to collect a $30. fee for this letter. I think this is highway robbery. I am so frustrated that this company charges this outrageous fee and that NY State allows it.

Dishonest practices
I also got a letter from them that says they've been trying to contact me regarding me contacting them in regards to modifying my loan. But, their number never showed up on my caller ID nor did I receive a letter from them. I never contacted them about this and they refuse to open a fraud investigation.
I called DEC 2012 & was told my payment for Feb 2013 is a little over $511. Then, I spoke with a female rep on Jan 29 2013 who said my Feb 2013 payment is $556.25. Then on Feb 30 2013 a rude, ARGUMENTATIVE male rep said my Feb 2013 payment is $556.25. But when I go to pay it online, it says I owe $570.29 for Feb 2013. They say they sent me documentation of the correct Feb 2013 amount owed, but I never got it.
