CAR REPLACEMENT

Respected CEO and Honda Cars India Team,

Good Morning,

I purchased a silver color Honda City VMT Diesel in March 2014. Till date its mileage is 23000 Kms.

Before purchasing the car, i have taken reviews from many users of Honda Cars and every one appreciated the quality of the product which made me purchase the vehicle.

Today after using it or about 2.5 years, i noticed that all 4 doors are catching rust from inside.
On 29-12-2016, I visited Infinity honda showrrom in Gurgaon, Haryana.

There the persons got it repaired on approvals from their seniors. and the matter was closed.

Today again i have noticed few more places are catching rust.
1) Boundry of the tail light is being rusted.
2) Doors outlining are being rusted.
3) Few more places.

Let me know few things:
1) Withing 2.5 years of usage the Honda Car gets this sort of serios issues.
2) How i can rely that the quality of the Metal used and the Quality of the paint is upto the standard norms of manufacturing the vehicle as per the industry
practise.
3) In the same manner i can easily predict that the life of a Honda City car is just three years.

The Honda Cars India team is requested to take up the matter and provide me the replacement of the car as i cannot bear the repair of each and every body part of the car.

It is a manufacturing fault of the car on behalf of the company. Request you to kindly act as soon as possible.

And i am 100% sure that as Honda Cares for its customers, It will surely think about the product quality of its company.

I am open to show the actual car condition in any showroom in Gurgaon, and bhiwadi.
