Manufacturing default in Honda City
I Anil Goyal R/o A-256 Second Floor Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087, In the month of Feb-2018 I have purchased a Honda city top VX model automatic car No. DL10CK-5776 from your authorized dealer i.e. M/s Ring Road Honda, showroom and work shop located at Udyog Nagar, Peera Garhi, west Delhi very happily after suggestion of sales person Sh. Amit Kumar.
But I am sorry to say that after purchase your branded car I have been facing problems from Day-1 because of cooling in the car and secondly Hand free telephone system (Blue tooth ).
That is on record of the showroom from Day -1 and at the time of Service I repeatedly complaint him that both the system are not working properly but they are failed to provide any solution, after two month I have visited another showroom and they said that the gas pressure is low means AC gas is leakage and for the reason AC is not giving proper cooling thereafter I again visited to the showroom and told him the reason and they rectify the problem and refill the AC gas and now it is in better condition.
Secondly my cars blue tooth system is not working properly, For the matter I have complaint and showroom staff agreed that this is genuine problem from Day-1 but they have no solution and after my immense pressure showroom staff sent a mail to senior Honda technical team for the solution and after that very shameful, false, baseless and a very irresponsible reply received from your Senior Honda team on my mail (As explained earlier by our dealership and also as recorded in the owner’s manual of the car for the best user of HFT feature, the vents need to be adjusted upwards & also the blower speed needs to be reduced to less than 3. We request you to follow these guidelines to achieve the optimum performance of HFT. )with the signature of Sh. Parampreet Singh, Regional Manager-Escalations-North Zone, Customer Relations Management,Honda Cars India Ltd.(Reply Enclose in attachment ) they said that hand free telephone may be use with the terms & conditions which they mentioned in his reply and he said that these terms and conditions also mentioned in the manual which was given to me and I surprise that how can a senior staff of world wide brand image company Honda give this false statement to a customer that it is mentioned in the manual. Here I want to clarify one more thing that when you charge a huge amount from customer then how can you say that customer don’t compare his car from any other company car and when your staff is not able to provide any solution then they are trying to misguide the customer and as per your reply it clearly shows that this is the manufacturing default of the company then why are you or your staff playing tactics to misguide the customer in place of accepting the fault.
Honda is a world wide largest car company and spend multi crores on the advertising for increase his sale and this type of attitude may harmful for the company in future because company spent huge amount for the customer and for the satisfaction of the customer, Terms and conditions may apply on your Distributors or on the employee of the company not the customers. Company always required feedback from the customers and tried to provide much more and better service to his customers but after seen this reply I thought that this type of employees are not interested to improve the company performance.
Hence, it clearly shows after your reply that you admit the fault in your car while using HFT.
Now, at last I humble request that please resolve my problem or take back your car.
