owner Emmanuel Oduna is a scam!
I booked a room at this hotel and paid the deposit but when I arrived I found that there were no booking on my name. I showed my invoice but they never paid attention on it. When I spoke with their owner, he acted like I owed him money and refused me to refund my deposit for the fake booking. Beware of this company and don't deal with them!

beware of hotelopia
Beware of hotelopia, their website's URL is www.hotelopia.com be sure to stay away from it. This website is just a scam, I booked a hotel through them and the website didn't show my reservation. When I arrived there there was no reservation although I have been charged. Beware!

No Customer Service, Overcharged
I booked a hotel with a pool and paid for a five day stay only a few days in advance. When I arrived, the pool was closed and the pool had been closed at the time of my booking. The hotel apologized and I told them that I was going to check out because I want a hotel with a pool. They told me to call hotelopia, which was closed. The helpline was only open at night in the timezone I was in.
I emailed hotelopia and explained my problem and told them I was checking out. I checked out and booked another hotel. Hotelopia claims that I did not check out. When I reversed the charge on my credit card, Hotelopia disputed it and I ended up paying for a room I did not stay in that was not what they advertised. I emailed them repeatedly and they still claim I stayed. When I had the credit card company mediate over the phone they said I should email them after I had emailed them already.
No apologies over their claim about a pool, no help to make me happy with the service, they forced me to pay for services I did not get and wasted a lot of my time. AVOID them!!
