money paied but was never credited
I deposited 50 euros (74.17) cad to Global Collect BV at RBC for credit with hotvoip.com.
The deposit was recognized by dellmont and documents from the bank was provided to dellmont.
not more than two weeks later I email them and call them but I never get anywhere.
no reply to the emails and never a customer service person available.
It is like they want you to get tired and go away.

Scam. Avoid it
Absolutely garbage. Don't be misled by the cheap price. You cannot make a single call. It is definitely a scam. Avoid!
