Hi. Maybe next time you can try peridress(www.peridress.com). I ordered my wedding dress from peridress. My wedding dress of chiffon fabric arrived today and I couldn’t help wait any longer to try it on before the mirror. I must say it is very gorgeous than the picture on the website, the exquisite beading work is one of the most beautiful details on the wedding dress. It fits me perfectly and the dress size is exactly of mine. Thanks for their detailed explanation of how-to-measure, you should follow steps by steps if an order were placed. I think Peridress is a reliable bridal shop online for your dress selections. I love peridress. And I will do further business with peridress.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We received your order on February 2nd. Payments can take up to 24 hours to process. Your credit card was declined on February 3rd. We state in our Terms & Conditions we do not notify customers if a payment is declined. Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. We also state we strongly suggest customers contact their credit card company after 24 hours of the order placement.
By placing an order with House of Brides.com, you acknowledge your agreement to the policies stated in Terms & Conditions.
When a payment is successful and an order is processed, we email an order confirmation 5 - 10 business days after its placement with the designer. If your payment processed, you would have received the order confirmation between February 10th - February 17th. However again, your payment was declined and thus, your order did not process.

To anyone reading the comment about Peri Dress!
Peri Dress.com is a factory in China that makes copies of designer dresses. They show designer names and dresses and customers think they're getting a dress direct from the designer. But if you read carefully, you'll see they make copies of the dresses. It's way their prices are cheap. They don't guarantee their dresses will look like the designer dress so you don't know what you're really getting.

Hello, Bride_To_Be, I also have purchased my wedding dress from Peridress. Alougth their dresses are copies. But they can make the dress almost same as the picture. My dress arrived in time. It looks amazing! Very good fabric and exquisite seaming handwork! I am in love with it! Thanks for Peridress’s dress and their best price! Their custom service is also excellent.

Hello, I also have purchased my wedding dress from Peridress. I am very satisfied with it. The dress arrived in time. It almost same as the picture, and it fit me perfectly. I am in love with it! Stay away
I wanted to make a purchase, however, they told me they did not have the dresses that I wanted at that moment. Then I found out that they took money from my account. I tried to contact them, but they do not answer. I have wrote a claim t my bank, but I don’t know what will happen next…

worst bridal shop evr!
Stay away from this bridal shop! It is a total scam and fraud! They just messed up my wedding! I purchased a dress from them and it wasn't ready in time so I had to spend my wedding without a dress! Moreover, these ugly people didn't even apologise and said to me that it is not their problem after I complained! I will never recommend this horrible place to anyone!

non existant company
Don't buy from this company, it is a scam! They are out of business a long time ago and now their wake website just scams people out of money! I purchased a wedding dress from them and I was charged for my order but it was never shipped! Tried to contact them and just found that company doesn't exist anymore and I have no idea how I can get my money back. Beware and don't make the same mistake!

poor delivery services
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! These people almost ruined my wedding! I purchased my wedding dress from them and I was highly surprised when I haven't received in time. It took 4 months instead of two for the delivery and company didn't apologize for caused problems.
