22 times! Honda customer service took me for a ride since the day i bought the car!
The same issues they cant solve for more than 12 months and keep wasting my time to be their test driver even i paid RM120k for a brand new car!
times after times i insisted to speak to their superior, he will always said he is the superior.
HONDA is determine not to allow any of their unhappy customers to speak to any higher level than those working at the hot line centers. Main aim, to ensure those customers without patients will give up and they save their skin and money.
I chnaged my old CITY because of old car issues to a new car to enjoy trouble free but now ended with defectives NOT free New HRV. hoping that all those promises will eventually wear me off and stop complaint.
After collected my car from the workshops on the 22nd times last Saturday, Nazri has the guts to tell me that your car is now in the piant & body shops and they are busy working on it! Gosh! this is what i called lying without blinking!
The car is with me and he was trying to bluff his way before chaecking on facts.
Hey Mr Japanese, please practice your manner or integrity.... make things right again for Honda in Malaysia, Mr Loke Boon Siew will only RIP!
