Innova out of business according to HSN, All Ultrex Warranty are NOT supported
I also took a hit from HSN and ULTREX - 6-year old set (with the 50 years no question guarantee). The coating is coming off bad and getting into out food. I too would like to be a part of a class action suit since HSN said they are not responsible for this cookware... I thought they took some responsibility for selling material. Never again HSN. They have just as much skin in the game as ULTREX. Just my thoughts ! Just pruchased a new set of T-FAL's today from Khols today.

Is Art Krull still scamming?
About 5 years ago I checked with HSN about the Ultrex warranty, only to find that they no longer honored the warranty. Lo and behold, a few months later as I was scanning through the channels on my satellite receiver, I came across a Spanish speaking station with Art Krull giving the same demonstration of his Ultrex cookware just as he did on HSN, only he was speaking spanish. I wonder where this crook is today.

Dear HSN,
I am also joining the others that have complaints about your service, and warranties on many of your products that you are hocking. We paid YOU for these products, not the company that manufactured them. You bear liability for what ever you are hocking.
I purchased the Ultrex Pro pots & pans, that were made in China, and as lamented by many, are falling apart.
I have had trouble with you regarding warranties on jewelery as well! Please, do everyone A favor, and GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
I try to purchase products made ONLY IN THE USA AND FROM REPUTABLE companys, SO PLEASE<GO AWAY!!!
Please consider my account closed forever. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased a convection oven from HSN and I can't use it as there are no booklet to explain how it works. I've tried containing the Ultrek and received no answer. If there is a class action put me on the list. If anyone has a manual for this product please send to 2436 Dorchester Ct. apt. 257, Port Huron, MI 48060. Thank You for your time.

I am looking at a 75 year warranty on pans that we bought at the end of '03 for $149.90. Would be glad to take part in the class action suit. I will file my paperwork for that occasion. Thanks guys.

I agreem wish I had kept my Farberware. I have the same set with the 75 year warranty and now I have a skillet I cannot use becuase the handle fell off. They are only 6 years old. That makes them pretty expensive if that is all the longer they last.

I agree with all of you. My 29 piece set is 6 years old and falling apart. Unfortunately, a class action suit against a closed company is a pretty useless time consuming venture. HSN cannot be sued since they sold the item not manufactured it. It is a manufactireres warranty whic is only good as long as the company is in business. Believe me I would love to get my money back so it could be spent on some atually good cookware but unfortunately we are all stuck with what we got until they all are useless or we decide to buy more cookwate.

Ultrex Frying Pan
I have used my Ultrex frying pan but have noticed paint or finish is coming off and really thought this pan would last me longer then just these few yrs I have Faberware whole complete set now for 33 yrs looks just like brand new, what up.
