Sent me the wrong headphones
I have purchased headphones for Nokia c5-03, and the ones I received were not the exact ones that I ordered. I contacted the customer support to tell them I want a replacement, and they did not even want to talk to me, and hung up!

Wrong order?
Dear Sir or Madam
I have not yet received any response to my questions regarding my order for Huawei Ascend G300 scratch remover. This is advertised as 'DISPLEX' on your site.
I don't believe I have been supplied with the correct order. I have no cloth (as advertised), no instructions and a tube of 'BOTNY Scratch Remover'. The only description on the tube relates to cars.
As nobody from Docteur GSMR has responded to my inquiries so far, I shall have to resort to contacting Botny Chemical Co., Ltd.myself in order to ascertain whether the product I have received is what you advertise on your website.
I hope this matter can be settled quickly and satisfactorily.

Incorrect product supplied?
I ordered and paid for a leather pull tab case for a Nokia 7100 Supernova mobile phone. The phone dimensions are 98 x 48.4 x 15mm. The case supplied is 144 x 82mm which is clearly far too big. My original Chic case is 112 x 68mm.
The case supplied is so big that there is even insufficient lift on the pull tab to enable the phone to be grasped.
The supplier online chat support cuts off and does not respond. (Fabrice, in my case)
Customer Service does not reply and did not respond to a prior complaint that their ten day delivery took a month and their tracking reference was never available on Swiss Post's tracking systems.
To add insult to injury the server hosting support messaging is now "not available"
Judging by the number of reports of lack of customer service which can be thrown up by a Google search I do not appear to be alone in feeling that I have been ripped off as Docteur GSM's online sales service does not seem to believe in giving a Service to customers,
