dishonest company
This company does false advertising about the items they sell and does fake offers on heir services which they NEVER complete! I had my worst experience with them, this company simply doesn't honor their customers!

Don't do it
This has been the worse experience I have ever had, Hughes net gen4 is garbage , it makes dial up look fast, even when it works ,you never know when it will quit,
but you do know it will. This service is no good .

Worst Company Ever
This is the worst company ever. I ordered service just recently, and paid $59.00 + tax. Two days later a technician came out to install the internet in my house, he brought a someone he was training to learn the process. That was all good. The bad thing was, he went through the easy route to install my internet. Once he was finish, I asked why my internet was moving slow he told me it would take 24 hours to work properly. That was unacceptable. About 30 minutes later, I called back to Hughesnet and spoke to a reprsentative, she had to reboot my system and it was working better. The next morning my internet was out again, I called to cancel my service and I was informed by a representative that I would have to pay $400. I told that representative he was crazy and that I have 30 days to cancel. I asked to speak to a manager, he put me on hold and the manager never came to the phone. Then he came back to the phone and said we decided to give you a refund. He also said, he would send me the package to return the equipment, but never received it. I received lie after lie from their representatives.
Buttom line, I have called this company everyday about my refund, to have the equipment picked up and to send a repair person out to fix their mess up, and did not get a good outcome. I decided to contact my back to get my money back. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My suggest is to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY they suck....
