Absolutely the worst service experience of my life
I could have written the above. No service can't use Internet keeps dropping. On Line for 3 hrs. dropped me 45 times. In the middle of ordering airline tickets. Had to restart 15 times.The tech people are rude and not helpful. Pay $77.32 a month for no service. spend hours on the phone trying to get results. Told it's my computer. Got a new one, $690.00 still having same trouble. Works perfectly in hotels or other places. Worst service on earth. Won't give me an address to write mt complaints. It's like a communist company. If they are so great why do they hide?

charged me despite cancellation
I ordered a trial with them and cancelled it within 30 days. They still charged me $219 for the full service and reported me to a debt collecting agency! Never use their services!

unauthorized charges
This company is an Internet fraud! They have charged my account by getting my info somehow. It's impossible to cancel these charges. Instead of cancelling they are just asking for extra information! Beware!

Beware of HughesNet
Beware of HughesNet! We pay $100 per month and the quality of the connection is horrible. The speed is even slower than a dial up modem. We get lots of interruptions as well. Beware!

over billing
This company keeps billing me even after I canceled my account. They never makes any refunds and their customer service is too poor and helpless. Avoid this company, they are really bad!

Terrible company with slow internet
When will another company take over? I am very unsatisfied with these guys. And the whole neighborhood as well wants them gone. They take a $100 per month for a slow internet, and are rude to the customers, when they complain. We don’t have any other choice, because they are the only ones who run such a company in our neighborhood.

poor sevirce, poor connection
I will never recommend this company to anyone! Poor service, no customer support and always problems with the internet. This company consider it as normal, but I am not. Moreover, they overcharged me when I cancelled their poor services.

overcharge, fake bills
Unreliable provider, beware and be careful! I was their customer for a while but at the moment I cancelled their services about two month ago but they still sending me bills and trying to overcharge me.

Did not cancel the account
We decided to move to another house, so we were going to cancel our account. It’s been like two months and although they told us that the account no longer exists, we have received several charges. We want to claim our money back!

fake advertisement
I was their customer about three months and I will never recommend this company to anyone! They promised me high speed Internet but it was fake promise - all the time speed was really low and there were many troubleshoots. This company ignored all my claims and never improved their services. Beware and better avoid their services!

This internet provider is not good
When i submitted to their services this company promised me high quality and high speed internet. I was very happy about all offers but actually all of them were lies. I never received high speed Internet connection, more over, it is he lowest I ever hand and also quality is not good - many troubleshoots. I tried to complaint but I was ignored.

This company is just another fraud, beware and be careful! It is better not to deal with this company! Once they got my private details and then started to overcharge me without a reason and any notice! This company is a scam and must be avoided!!!

Beware of this company and better don't use their services!
I had a problem and contacted their customer support service. I spend hours hanging on line before I understood that their service doesn't exist at all! This company is fraudulent and suspicious!

Service and Billing
Absolutely will never recommend them to anybody! Wish I had read this blog before I signed up! If you don't mind speaking to overseas (india) customer service that has no decision making skillsets or common sense, then maybe you can deal with them. After upgrading to their new Gen4 service, my problems were supposed to be solved, but instead it created a new billing nightmare. They charge the upgrade equipment in full and can't see past what the computer screen shows when it comes to billing. All they can do is re-read the bill to you. I asked 4 times for a supervisor or manager in the US to call me back. They had somebody from overseas call. If you are considering them, DON'T!!!!!!!

Beware and better stay away away from this company! This is a total scam! I purchased their services and I paid for the premium membership which suppose to receive high quality services but they were never provided! This company just took my money but even didn't provide customer support when it was needed. After that I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Beware and stay away from this provider! This is dishonest company which placed false advertisements and then overcharge their customers monthly without a shame and respect. No any chance for a refund and even more - they overcharge for the service cancellation!

Fraudulent Billing methods
I wondered if anyone else was having problems with Hughes.net. I cancelled my service on Oct31st and they are still trying to bill me $51 and change, even though I told them I was paying bill in advance, they insisted I was paying in arrears. I have proof that I paid as I said and they told me they could not send the box for return of the modem and radio until the balance was paid, and that after 45 days they would bill me for the items. I don't owe them anything. If they send me a a box, (Like the said they were going to do) I will return the modem (although I ORIGINALLY purchased my equipment and they took it when I upgraded to Gen4.) If you want to argue with someone forever, they will argue with you. I don't want to argue so I just told them I would send the materials when I received the box. As far as the $51 they say I owe them? They will have to prove I owe it. In America no-one is required to pay for services not received.
