deceptive business, beware!
This company is a scam and does fake advertisement! Purchased free 30 days trial from them but never received a trial and a response on my emails. I managed to change all my details before they overcharged me. Beware and don't trust this company!

Scam website!
I signed up to this website, and the first trial week was suppose to be free. They had to have my credit card info for registration. After I watched one episode of 4 of Castle, I had more episodes, which I could watch later, and there was no mention of the expiration date. Next day none of the episodes would download. The message said that I would have to pay for them! What a scam! Did not see this coming.

Hello, I'm writing to complain about Hulu Plus. I'm not able to watch movies except about 2 hours in the morning, after that it keeps pausing, and it takes about 3 minutes before it comes back on then it stays on about 2 minutes then it goes off again. This has been going on for awhile, is there a reason why, because I'm going to cancel my member ship if it don't get better.I'm in Douglas Georgia. Thank you Debra Watkins

Tried free trial offer. Gave Credit card info. Tried to logon. Could not. Sent to GOOGLE site for additional info. .Re-enter password Could not log on to HULU. locked In GOOGLE site. etc. Cancelled immediately. This site sucks.

False advertising
I wanted to watch the Bastille Day fireworks in Paris (live) on July 14th. Was led to Hulu plus. Signed up for 5 day free trial. They insist you provide CC info and suck you into donating a total of $3.95 (though I NEVER checked the donate box.) Proceeded to the site for the fireworks, Well, guess what? Got a message that French TV owns the rights and does not allow streaming to my country. USA. They are refunding my money, but I'll never do business with this company again.

billing complaint
After signing up for free trial with Hulu it did not stream properly so I canceled and they billed me which should have been free trial
so I called and they refunded me after I explained the problem and she told me I could have another trial to try again. I did not like hulu, it was too hard to navigate in Hulu so I canceled again this time they billed me again and I had trouble getting refund back so I advise don't sign up for Hulu because of several complaints unresolved by BBB. Hulu is not a member of the BBB. I recommend Amazon Prime or Netflix good luck

BEEN WAITING A WEEK FOR LAST MAN ON EARTH TO UPDATE ON HULU PLUS, THEY TAKE FOREVER TO TO UPDATE ANY SHOWS I WATCH, WELL JUST RECORD THEM ON MY DVR SINCE HULU PLUS IS SO UNRELIABLE. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HULU PLUS IF YOU WANT TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH YOUR SHOWS, JUST INVEST IN A DVR NOTTTTT HULU PLUS IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND AM CANCELING MY SERVICE! U SUCK HULU PLUS I CANT SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR YOU TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER, I NEED TO SEE MY SHOWS REGULARLY AND YOU CANT PROVIDE ME WITH THAT, I SEE SIGNING UP WITH YOU TO HAVE BEEN A WASTE OF MONEY!

What a rip-off, monthly fee and still commercials all over. Netflix doesn't have commercials and I'm not paying extra to drop the commercials guess I'll drop my account instead.

This company is a ripoff bordering on fraud. I will be contacting a lawyer about the fraud part. Called customer service to cancel showtime today and was told i am not able to cancel because someone has hacked my account and was using it however if i would not make a payment they would find a way to cancel it. I was told they could fix this problem for me and cancel my account for a $169 fee. Thats got to be a joke right. So now they caused me to cancel my bank account so they wont keep on charging me. I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow to see if i can sue them for fraud.
If anyone is interested in hulu think twice. There are alot better alternatives available.

Ripoff
I watched the series 1 of stitchers thru to the end but am very upset that it did not show season 2 had started until well into the second season. Now I cannot watch episode 1 and 2 because they took it away!!!!! Hulu is truly an awful experience. They should be ashamed that they do that to paying customers. Now I have to pay to catch up on the show!!!!

I watched all of season 1 of stitchers so it should have been on my watchlist when season 2 came out but now it just shows up that there is a new season. They already took season 1 and 2 away so now I can't watch them without paying for them.. Very unhappy!!!!
