unwanted shipment and money removed 2 months after I returned the "free trail" my perfect skin broke out with this product.
I have filed a class action lawsuit against Hydroxatone for scamming customers via the "risk free trial" - customers who ordered Hydroxatone and returned the product within 30 days, but were still charged for the product and/or placed on "auto-ship" and billed further without the customer's consent. Can't reach customer svc for return

Thank God someone read my mind! I have been wanting to do something about being scammed by these people for the past 3 years. I just didn't know how to go about doing it. I'm so glad I seen the commercial about the class action lawsuit on television...
I ordered Hydroxatone after seeing an advertisement in a catalog for a 30 day free trial. I received the product dried up in the tube and sent it back immediately, along with the creams that were included in the free trial. Shortly after I noticed on my bank statements that I had been charged for the dry product (which was sent back well before 30 days) and for additional shipments which I had NEVER received. I live off of social security which is $756.00 a month and out of that I had been charged $279.00 a month for 3 months, a total of $837.00 and never received any products after the first one which was sent back. Would you PLEASE add me to the classaction lawsuit against these scammers? Thank you so much!

Overcharged for a free sample
This company sent several items to me COD for duty and shipping charges $57.00. I just ordered a free sample to try it out. They charged my visa with $1.99 because they needed a visa # to charge the $1.99. Then I picked up the package and in it were 4 items,toner and 2 jars of cream and some packages. I phoned them and they said they would reverse the charges. I have my visa and they charged me $104.50. They have not credited me with these charges. I can't get rid of this the bank says I gave them my visa number and the bank says I should not have done this. I have phoned them and they say I can't return the items because of health reasons. I tried the cream and it is horrible, and it doesn't help dry skin. I notice that they have charged me duty on the COD charges and on thy charge of $99.50. Do not give ACM Hydroxatone Com your visa number because they will they will say it is only to charge you the $1.99 postage and handling charge this is only to get your visa number. You will be very sorry because you can't get rid of this outfit and they are using a different name on your visa. It is on the TV and all over the Internet and I think the government should stop them from cheating the woman who think that this is a good product. It is a very greasy cream and it is a very inferior product.
