what is your suit against them? That it didn't work? That should be assumed as diet aides only show significant results for a miniscule amount of users, and their way out of that is by stating results will vary and results "not typical" in their commercials.

Hydroxatone owes me money AND attempted to take more money instead of refunding me

credit card fraud
This company is a total fraud! I purchased a trial from them for $1.99 and they did several unauthorized charges from my account for more than $140!
They never respond on calls and e-mails, no chance to get money back so I had do go to my credit card company and ancel my account!
Beware of them!

overcharge for the free trial and no refund
Well I signed for their free trial which actually wasn't free and they charged me up to $50. But the main problem is that after I cancelled my membership and all purchases, they overcharged my card several times for $20 without a notice. No refund.
Beware and better stay away from this scam!
