Confused and Disappointed!!!!
I ran across this site about a week ago and really wanted to try some of their products, but when I sent them a email asking for a little more info on the ones I was interested in, I have never heard back. I have sent them over 3 different emails since there is no phone number to call and never one response. I'm very disappointed because it sounds like a wonderful site with great products, but I'm afraid to order anything not knowing if this site is for real or not. I simply can't understand how they can run a business like this. In my opinion, it is certainly NOT good customer service. If they want to sell their products, then they need to respond when a potential customer reaches out to them.
