They stole my money!!!
Yep, same thing happened to me - exact same story. No where on thier website does it say that you cannot depend on them to be accurate. I check my account every day and make sure I have money before I spend it. This strikes me as misleading and down right deceptive. I am filing a complaint against them with the Feds. Don't know if it will work, but I'm pretty sure this is the same type of thing that Bank of America lost a lawsuit over.

Ibc bank
I just changed banks to IBC and been charged 2 times for overdraft charges that should not have occur being that I have enough funds in my account. I didn't know anything about this bank until I came across this website. I should of stayed with my old bank. Now I might need to change banks again. I need my money. I am disabled and on a limited income. This is unjustifiable.

Wrote check for $25.00 and was cashed for $100.00 i was not notify or phoned sbout the incident therefore IBC stole my $75.00 i sent a formal complaint to BBB and Texss Banking Complaint. IBC sucks. They are do rude evrn secretaries with GED have power at IBC Laredo Priscilla whom is just unhappy as a secretary eith President Mrs. Nicks. Evrtyone who banks with IBC my recommendation is vlose uour accounts or watch very close your statements cause they are thieves.
