no customer support service
I purchased sunglasses from this store and send them my money, but I never received ordered sunglasses. They don't have customer support service and there is no chance to contact them. Avoid this company at all costs it's a scam!

Ibeams ripped me off
I had the same problem with Ibeams at a bike show. Michael Angelo just wants to make a sale. I bought a sunglass from him and it developed a problem. I sent him the glasses back, and he never did anything to fix them. After a few months, I was able to reach him on the phone and I asked him to take care of the glasses. He just shipped them back to me and did not bother fixing the problem. What good was that? I waited months for nothing. Now I have a $100 pair of Ibeams glasses that have a lifetime warranty, but they are broken and he will not fix them. What good is that warranty if they do not fix the glasses when needed.

I put a down payment with Mike from Ibeams at a local bike festival before researching info about ibeams when I came across this site and read these reviews I though I was burned for the down payment and wasn't going to send him anymore money so when I talked to Mike I gave him a hard time he assured me he was legit and offer to send them cod I was good with that but still skeptical well I picked them up at ups today and Mike is legit awesome prescription glasses I was impressed with the quality of the lenses and Ive owned glasses from competitors but those don't compare to the Ibeams. Thanks Mike for a great pair of riding glasses

Don't Buy
Great glasses but horrible experience. A defective frame was returned for replacement two years ago and multiple attempts via telephone, email, text message and web page have resulted in nothing but a run around. If you send anything back to them registered with return receipt they will refuse shipment. They only have a PO Box to contact them. I sent frames back registered so have receipt of delivery and acknowledgment from them but refuse to replace.
