I am also having the same problem with IBSN and they have made no attempt to contact me or uphold the tax representation I paid for in the event of an IRS examination which is currently the issue. I am also planning to take legal action, so if you are interested in being involved in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against IBSN you can email me at [email protected]. I am starting a petition for anyone who has been wronged by this company and is having to pay thousands because of their errors. If this sounds like what is happening to you then sign the petition and lets start the legal action.

plz plz plz dont file ur tax with IBSN...its my own experience...I got IRS notice...and these people r not doing anything...everytime u need to call them in India...and all stupid people assist u...who do not have any knowledge about US tax.So my request is DONT FILE UR TAX WITH IBSN...

fraud tax filing company with poorest service
This company file the tax return for many indians in USA. Couple of points everybody should know before making deal aith this company:
1) Biggest fraud company I ever saw. They promises big tax returns and file taxes with fraud. for this you will end up paying hude tax summary fee..150$ to 400$.
What you will get for sure as return:
- Very very poor service. Till the time you don;t pay tax fee you can receive 2-3 call a day from customer care/IBNS. but once fee is paid and now you have any query on tax return file or need any information believe me guys you will keep on doing follow-up without any response from them. Most of the contact numbers will go to voice mail. emails will not get any response and what is left is FRUSTRATION
- Believe me not this year or next year but there will be one day for sure you will get audit notice from IRS on your tax return and IBNS will easily escape from their responsibility and you will keep on fighting or negotiating against IRS and what will result
PAYING extra tax return with penalty and intereset and you will find you are EMPTY...again big FRUSTRATION guys.
SO FILE TAX WITH IBNS AND GET FREE FRUSTRATION today or tomorrow.OOPS SORRY IT"S NOT FREE..YOU PAY FOR IT.
LAXMI IS BIG FRAUD BE AWARE OF HIM.
So file your tax with IBNS on your own risk..better not to file with them . this is from one of the ustomer of IBNS.
