These people will sell u JUNK!!!
Spare yourself. Do not buy from this company. They sale high mileage junk. Don't let the sales person talk you into their crap with a 90 day warranty. When something big happens; and it will, they want to finance the repair charges for you. Purchased VW Passat from Monroe, NC location, car was in the shop next day. Car had been wrecked in the front end, but was never checked. Please spare yourself, you would be better off saving another 1000.00 and buying from craigslist.

I purchased a 2002 chevy malibu from Icars they next day I found out the horn doesn't blow I took it to the repair shop they never fixed that. Also the motor mounts are bad at the time of purchase, the braking system had an issue that I had to pay for. The fuel pump went out I had to pay to replace that. I was never given any type of help of assistance with any of the repairs to this vehicle, this was within the first year of purchase before the 90 day warranty expired. I was continuosly told to contact the finance manager but all she did was duck and dodge my complaint and dance around the situation. After the run around I just had to suck it up and pay for repair cost myself although I'm almost done paying for this vehicle I would suggest that you look for a more accredited dealership when purchasing a used vehicle. This car company does not improve your credit score because I made all my payments on time so they were never any real help to me just very costly.

I PURCHASED A GRAND JEEP CHEROKEE, AND I MUST SAY AFTER THE MINOR ISSUES WERE COMPLETED I HAD NO PROBLEMS W/IT FOR THE DURATION. I GOT IT IN 2010, PAID FOR IT IN 2013; UNFORTUNATELY I TOTALED IT; SO I CALLED BACK TO ICARS FOR ANOTHER CAR BECAUSE I WAS TRULY HAPPY W/MY JEEP TO BE TOLD THEY COULDN'T HELP ME. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED, I ASSUMED THEY WOULD APPRECIATE A RETURNING CUSTOMER, BUT NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. SO I'M MOVING ON TO FIND A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!
