IDEAL cafe - Poor customer service

Visited the HAMPANKATTA branch near k s Rao road today. We ordered lot of food and ice cream. Strangely today one of the snack was very salty and inedible. When we casually raised it to the supervisor, his behavior was very arrogant and unapologetic. We never experienced this kind of behavior from ideal staffs till date which was extremely surprising. He declined to listen to our complaints and was very rude to elders. All we wanted was for them accept their mistake. But this aloof person was relentlessly in denial. The ideals which we knew from our young days is now on decline unless the management removes these tactless, obnoxious, fringe elements from their team.

IDEAL CAFE not the best anymore.
