the taking of 14.95 a month since 1/2012 till 10/2012
Having seen all the complaints agains Identiy Hawk I am befuddled... not being a lawyer... how does one go about filing a class action suite against them... I am disabled and my money is spoken for by legitimate living expense... now I am down 149.95... plus the gall of Sharon telling me that I joined something without getting a password or membership... said they sent emails... it is drilled in to us if we do not know the source do not open... virus's be darned. The email is supposed to say if we do not get a response we will assume you did not want this product or service... not if we do not hear from you we will take your money. Sharon said she would turn it into a review board and in 3 to 5 days I would get a email... sure. Gave me a immediate one month refund (which I am still waiting for). We are only 9 withdrawls short. I would be more than happy to join in or help to gather info along with anyone to get a class action suite filed.
